To Stress the Quality from the Source -IQC Inspection of PCB base Material Quality

Procurement standards
The purchasing department needle material supplier should reserve at least three or more qualified suppliers. The confirmation of qualified suppliers can be found in the 《Supplier Confirmation Operational Procedure》. According to the brand of the material  manufacturer, the price is reasonable to select the purchased plate supplier.

Inspect  the supplier's production scale and  the system certification, product quality control process, and the delivery time if can meet the requirements of our company in advance.For the urgent delivery requirement , the supplier should supply part of the goods in advance for urgent production, and then deliver the other parts on time.

For special materials purchased , they can be purchased according to the minimum order quantity. after  confirmed to be qualified of the  manufacturers, and then the batch supply is evaluated as qualified suppliers by the 《Supplier Confirmation Operational Procedure》, that is the manufacturer of PCB plate batch production.

Inspection of Material Quality
After the purchase department completes the batch purchase, the warehouse of the production department shall clear the goods according to the process, and send the inspection sheet to the quality department at the same time.

The quality department receives the inspection sheet and inspects the batch of goods. After the inspection, the quality department timely issues the result sheet to the production department and the purchasing department.

The supplier shall deliver the goods with the delivery note, and the warehouse of the production department shall inform the purchasing department of the arrival of the goods in time, so that the purchasing department can monitor the timeliness of the supplier's delivery. (the inspection sheet sent to the purchasing department must be indicated according to the order number and other remarks on the supplier's delivery note.)

The production department shall have evaluation opinions on the product quality after using the batch of goods of the supplier for one week. If the batch of goods is qualified, the warehouse of the production department shall put them into storage according to the result sheet; if the batch of goods is unqualified, they shall not be put into storage and returned to the supplier by the purchasing department.

Managing suppliers
Review suppliers regularly,comprehensive assessment of the overall quality assurance capability and other management capabilities of suppliers,the purpose is to provide relevant information basis for new product introduction, material procurement, quality control and other supplier control work, and assist suppliers to find out the problems and quality hidden dangers in the process for improvement.

Certification audit, Special audit and annual audit. Certification audit is a comprehensive audit for new suppliers when they are imported. Special audit is a routine audit for major qualified suppliers based on the natural year.

Board cut must be according to production standard .
1,Base material  board: after the base board is cut, It must be submitted to the team leader for confirm the base board size approval and record. If  cutting aluminum sheet is should be  produced by the optional rolling cutting machine.
2,Fillet grinding, cross and straight material grinding: all plates need to be fillet grinding, inner plate only needs to grind three corners, the rest need to grind four corners
3,After cutting the cross material, it shall be transmitted to the angle grinder immediately and coherently for angle grinding. It is not allowed to put the cross material on the rack for storage before angle grinding. Moreover, the cross material of each shift is absolutely not allowed to be delivered to the off-duty for angle grinding. The angle grinding marks, cross material and straight material must be cleaned on the shift
4,Edge grinding is required for production plates with plate thickness ≥ 0.5mm. Check the edge condition after edge grinding every 120pnl (no obvious bulge is found on the edge of the plate by visual inspection) and make records before the subsequent process.
5,The HDI board with thickness ≤ 0.3mm, four layers (board that goes through the drilling process after cutting) and eight or more layers shall be dried after cutting. The drying conditions shall be 150 ± 5 ℃ for 4 hours; each stack of boards shall be padded with a bottom plate, which shall be placed flat in the oven with the height ≤ 20mm.
